Ordering products

Ordering products on the Website is done by submitting a completed order form through the checkout procedure. We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you supplied and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) confirms the contract between us. All items are subject to availability.
 

Price and payment

The price of the products will be the price quoted on the Web site at the time we accept your order inclusive of VAT but not the cost of delivery. Delivery charges vary according to the type of order. Payment by credit card is made at the time we accept your order. Cheques require 7 days clearance before despatch of goods. Payment by other means is subject to English contract law.
 

Cancellation of orders

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item in writing within 7 days of delivery. Items should be returned sealed and in a reasonable condition. The reason for return should be clearly stated along with the order/customer number. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. Orders cannot be cancelled once you have opened the product containers or used the product. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will remain unaffected.
 

Refunds

In the event of a refund we will refund the price of the products but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges (N.B. Guarantee section refers to refunds for defective products).
 

Delivery

Delivery will be made by the method and to the address specified in the check out procedure. Delivery cannot be made to the U.S.A.

Our delivery is free for all orders.
